The creation steps of a bespoke diamond jewel

01 – Casting Refinement

Working on the setting is one of the first steps in creating a bespoke jewel.
Our jeweller begins by shaping the raw metal, soldering and drilling the precious material so that our stone setter can later place each natural diamond with meticulous precision.

02 – Stone Setting

Once the setting has been crafted, our stone setter carefully inserts each diamond into the mount.
This is a crucial step, where the challenge lies in achieving the perfect balance between showcasing the brilliance of the diamonds and ensuring the long-term strength of the prongs.

03 – Polishing and Rhodium Plating

The jeweller then performs polishing and rhodium plating,  a step that gives the 18k gold a smooth, radiant finish.
It’s this process that brings out the full brilliance of the piece.

04 – Quality Control

Once the jewellery creation is complete, it undergoes a meticulous quality check.
Examined under a loupe and microscope, the piece is inspected down to the finest detail.
