Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed on the Amantys website https://en.amantys.fr for the purchase of 18K gold jewelry and ethical natural diamonds certified by the GIA. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs prior to placing their order.

3. Products and Personalisation

The jewelry sold online and in-store is exclusively made of 18K gold and set with ethically sourced, GIA-certified natural diamonds of at least 0.30 carats. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity and traceability. Photos and descriptions are for informational purposes only and slight variations in color or size may occur.

The customer is responsible for choosing the available customization options at the time of order, such as diamond characteristics (carat weight, cut, color, clarity), metal type, jewelry size (e.g. ring size), and engraving. The customer must ensure the engraving information is correct, as changes after completion will require a quote through customer service.

Customized products, including engraved jewelry or items made to the customer’s specifications (choice of diamond, ring size, metal type), are considered “custom-made items” under French Consumer Law and are therefore not eligible for withdrawal, return, or exchange.

For customized rings, DIAMDIS offers one free resizing within one year of order receipt. The customer must contact DIAMDIS at [email protected] to arrange the return via a private carrier. Resizing will be completed within 15 days and the product will then be returned. Any additional resizing will be charged and quoted.

4. Prices

Prices listed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT applicable at the time of order. Delivery fees are added and shown before order confirmation. DIAMDIS reserves the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be charged based on prices in effect at the time of purchase.

5. Orders

Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. After confirming the order, the customer will receive an email detailing the purchased items. DIAMDIS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of dispute or full/partial non-payment of a previous order.

To place an order on https://en.amantys.fr/, the customer must select the desired product. After viewing the product page, the customer can click “Add to cart,” then either proceed to checkout or continue browsing. The “My cart” page displays the selected items and key product details.

6. Payment

Payment is made online via secure methods (credit card, etc.). Cards/accounts are charged upon order confirmation. If payment is refused by the banking institution, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Available payment methods include:

  • VISA, CB, and MASTERCARD bank cards via Mercanet BNPPARIBAS and Apple Pay
  • Bank transfers

The following payment methods are not accepted:

  • Postal orders
  • International transfers
  • PayPal

In-store purchases can be paid in cash (within legal limits), by bank check, bank transfer, or card payment (including 3x without fees via VISA, CB, Mastercard).

7. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by GEODIS France Express, insured (via Dufaud SIACI) up to the item’s value, tracked, signed for, and delivered within 5 business days.

Shipping costs: €25 for France, €45 for the EU and international. These are detailed at checkout or on the in-store invoice. Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout or on the invoice. Customers should verify accuracy. In-store pickup is free. All items are carefully packaged and tracked. DIAMDIS is not liable for delays or losses due to carriers, though assistance will be provided.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In-store purchases: no exchanges or refunds.

Online purchases: Consumers have 14 days to withdraw without justification, covering return shipping fees. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the provided withdrawal form. Exceptions include:

  • Earrings with unsealed packaging (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. engravings, chosen diamonds or metals)

Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories and certificates. Damaged, altered, or modified items will not be accepted. Refunds are issued after DIAMDIS receives the returned item or proof of shipment (whichever is first). Return shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

9. Warranty and After-Sales Service

All jewelry is guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects from the purchase date. This excludes normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse. For repairs within warranty, contact [email protected].

Outside of warranty, DIAMDIS offers paid repair services for damage not due to a manufacturing defect. A quote will be provided for customer approval. This service is available in-store or remotely (instructions provided upon request).

10. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, logos, etc.) on the website is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the exclusive property of DIAMDIS. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

Products remain the property of DIAMDIS until full payment is received. Risk transfer occurs upon customer receipt. In case of loss or damage during delivery, DIAMDIS will repair or replace the item at its own expense, after an official loss declaration.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected during ordering is used for order processing, billing, and customer relations. Data may be shared with DIAMDIS partners handling order processing and payment. All data handling complies with French and European privacy laws, ensuring optimal security.

According to the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and applicable EU laws, customers may access, correct, delete, oppose, limit, or transfer their personal data. Requests can be sent by mail to DIAMDIS, 5 rue de l’Échelle 75001 Paris or by email to [email protected].

Customers may also file complaints with CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

12. Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of disputes, an amicable solution will be sought before legal proceedings. Jurisdiction falls to the courts where the client resides or where DIAMDIS is based.
